How long does order processing and delivery take?

  • Processing time: 1–3 working days (Monday to Friday) – we pack your items with care, no rush jobs here.
  • Estimated delivery time: 7–15 working days – this depends on your location, but we’ll keep you in the loop every step of the way.

How can I track my order?

Once your parcel is on its way, you’ll get an email with a tracking number. You can check the status either directly on our website or via the courier’s tracking portal. Drop us a line if you have any questions!

Can I amend or cancel my order after placing it?

Yes – as long as your order hasn’t been shipped yet, you can make changes or cancel it. Just shoot us an email at 783@harvenden.com – our team will sort you out in no time.

What is my return policy, and which items are excluded?

You have 30 days from delivery to send items back – that’s our take on good old British fairness.
  • Conditions: Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.
  • Excluded items: Personalised products and underwear (for hygiene reasons – we’re sure you understand!).
  • Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

How do I start a return or exchange?

Email us at 783@harvenden.com with your order number and details of the return/exchange. We’ll send you the next steps right away – simple and stress-free.

What should I do if I receive a faulty or damaged item?

Get in touch with us straight away at 783@harvenden.com – describe the issue briefly and include photos of the damage. We’ll arrange a free exchange or full refund – no hassle on your end.

How long does a refund take to process?

Once we receive your returned items, we’ll process your refund within 3–5 working days. The money will go back to your original payment method – quick and reliable.
